Exchange & return policy

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order from fyneak.com, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging intact and untampered.
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
• Exchange is permitted for size or colour variants of the same product, subject to availability.

Reporting damaged or defective items

If your order has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, report it to us within 5 days of delivery.

• Our team will review the claim and may arrange a reverse pickup for inspection
• If approved, we'll issue a replacement or a full refund, at your request
• Warranty on manufacturing defects is valid for 30 days from the purchase date

How to request a return or exchange ?

1. Log in to your account at fyneak.com
2. Go to My Orders and choose "Return" or "Exchange"
3. Share your reason and upload images if applicable
4. Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup
5. Exchanges and refunds are processed after warehouse inspection of the returned item

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse. Refunds (minus reverse logistics fee) are issued to the original payment method — banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund.

Important terms

• Once a return or exchange request is initiated, it cannot be changed or converted (e.g., from exchange to refund)
• If a returned item doesn't meet our return conditions, it will be held at our warehouse for 10 days for self-collection. After that, it may be discarded or donated
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
